Just a week ago Christine Bleakley and fiancé Frank Lampard were dragged into an ugly row after his ex Elen Rivas launched a scathing online attack on the couple.
With presenter Christine accused of not having any 'maternal understanding' and footballer Frank branded a 'sad' dad for apparently keeping the children from his Spanish ex, it can't have been the cheeriest Christmas.
But coincidentally Christine was pictured yesterday for the first time with her fiancé's daughters Luna, six, and Isla, four, looking every inch the capable stepmother.

Just watched Christine on some game show tonight having to suffer some English fool hang a bunch of potato products around her neck - probably thought you were "Irish"......and then Christine buckled and said she was indeed "Irish". Really Christine..you've been such a fantastic ambassador for Northern Ireland....don't allow yourself to be put in such an undignified position again and please don't deny your nationality....you should be proud to be an Ulsterwoman !
